Valley Village is one of those neighborhoods that doesn’t advertise itself much but has become consistently the kind of place where someone spends serious money on a kitchen. A lot of the calls we get here are on 3- to 10-year-old remodels where one premium appliance is just starting to show its first wear.

The mix is almost perfectly split between mid-tier appliances in unremodeled 1950s/60s homes and premium appliances in recent remodels.
